This contract is a purchase order market. It concerns properties located within the perimeter of the ETH, within the Alpes-Maritimes department, in the valleys of Roya and Vésubia, affected by storm Alex on 2.10.2020.

This contract consists of two lots identified geographically as follows:

— lot 1: Vésubie valley (Saint-Martin-de-Vesubie/Roquebillier/Belveder/Venanson/Lantosque/La Bollène-Vésubie/Clans/La Tour-sur-Tinée...);

— lot 2: Roya Valley (Tende/Breil-sur-Roy/Fontan/Saorge...).

The projected volume of demolitions affected by this contract is 24 goods distributed evenly across the two lots, i.e. 12 goods per valley. The estimated period for demolishing the entire property is 24 months.
