Treatment and transport services of organic waste deriving from the RSU separate collection produced in the territory managed by Marche Multiservizi SpA.
The services that are the subject of this contract are briefly the following:
— main performance also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: treatment of organic waste (EER 20.01.08) produced in the territory managed by Marche Multiservizi SpA and treatment of organic waste (EER 20.01.08) from Marche Multiservizi Falconara srl in the territory of Falconara Marittima (AN), all as per the Special Procurement Specifications (CSA) and Service Project, to which we refer to ob relationem,
— secondary supply pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: transport of the aforementioned organic waste (EER 20.01.08) produced in the territory managed by Marche Multiservizi SpA, all as per the specifications procurement special (CSA) and service project, to which we refer to ob relationem.
The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium must be specified.
The contract will have a duration of 1 (one) years, with the option of renewal under the same economic and contractual conditions, as the customer's faculty, for a further 1 (one) annual period.

The alleged amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum amount estimated by tender for the one-year contract period, is established equal to Euro 3,435,227.95 (three million, four hundred and thirty five thousand) two hundred twenty-seen/95) of which 2 627.95 EUR (two thousand and one hundred twenty-twenty-seVEN/95) for non-lowered security charges, plus VAT.
Of this auction amount, about 76.4% is related to the main benefit (treatment), and approximately 23.6% relating to the secondary benefit (transport), as better detailed in the Special Specifications procurement.
Amount net of security charges: EUR 3 432 600.00 (three million four hundred and thirty two thousand six hundred hundred per 00).
