The service provider will be in charge of the social component which covers:
- the social diagnosis of the occupants, upstream of an acquisition;
- social assessment;
- the rehousing of households entitled to it (survey and support) & the satisfaction survey which takes place three months after their relocation;
- post rehousing support for fragile households - or individual social support (ASLL) for tenants of EPF assets.
