The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Medical University of Warsaw, for a period of 12 months.

1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Medical University of Warsaw for a period of 12 months.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), containing an estimate of the demand for electricity over a period of 12 months, determined on the basis of energy consumption in previous years, according to the tariffs specified in this document.

3. Under the agreement, the Project of which constitutes Annex 7 to the SWZ, the Contractor will also be obliged to provide commercial balancing services for supplied energy.

4. The Contracting Authority shall also require that the Contractor shall use a single, flat-rate unit price of electricity for all tariff groups B, C and G, connection points, as well as without division into night and day tariffs.
