Award of planning services in connection with the renewal/renovation of the existing 2000 m² window systems at the August-Horch-Schule - Berufsbildende Schule, Andernach.

It is intended to award the architectural service. In the present case, the services of the service phases 5-9 are advertised on the basis of § 34 HOAI. The planning services must be provided with regard to the existing buildings, and it must also be taken into account that the work must take place in construction phases.

According to §35 paragraph 7 HOAI, the object list of Annex 10.2 is to be used to classify the architectural services for the planning of the new window systems at the August-Horch-Schule, BBS Andernach. Accordingly, the present project is to be assigned to fee zone III.
