The subject of the contract is the "Expansion of the Racibórz Centre for Active Social Integration" assuming the extension of the recreational offer of the Sports and Recreation Centre through the extension of the external part of the H2Ostróg Aquapark in Racibórz. The non-bathing part provides modules m.in.: automated self-service input; Plumbing; gastronomic and "resting" overgrown with grass in the form of an amphitheater and space for a large number of sun loungers. The bathing part provides, m.in: a water bathing module, several slides, a water playground, a water part for very young children, a part for rest and relaxation with several attractions and a module with jumps. Some outdoor pools will be heated water.

The detailed scope of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program – Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.

Other requirements are specified in the draft provisions of the agreement – Annex 4 to SWZ.

The task is co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program.

Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the public procurement procedure if the funds it intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.

Required deadlines for the execution of the subject of the contract: up to 21 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with the proviso that the execution of the outflow pool (listed in the Functional and Utility Program) will take place up to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Within the deadline referred to above, the Contractor shall prepare, within 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, a conceptual design of 2 different variants of the expansion of the Centre for Active Social Integration based on the functional and utility program attached to the SWZ.

The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee for construction works for a period consistent with the declaration contained in the offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, but not less than for 60 months and not longer than for 84 months, counting from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract.
