Project having as its object the organization, coordination and implementation of a socio-educational and home care service in support of families, minors and new adults in situations of difficulty and social risk, in charge of the Unified Social Service (hereinafter SSU) of the Tresinaro Secchia Union, containing the following actions:

A) support for families and minors in conditions of hardship and social risk;

B) Neutral space service;

C) intensive integrated educational support for families and minors removed from the household or at risk of removal;

D) educational and/or social welfare support for minors and new adults with severe/very severe disabilities and their families;

E) support for the integration of foreigners;

F) consultancy service at social help desks and implementation of the social welfare record.
