The Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom) would like to enter into a contract for consultancy services for new SMP analyses of the wholesaler markets for broadband. Nkom envisages that the consultancy services will mainly be provided by an individual who, throughout 2023, and possibly into 2024, can be part of Nkom's team consisting of its own employees who participate in the work on new analyses of the relevant wholesaler markets. The aim of this procurement is to strengthen Nkom's team so that we can formulate the relevant analyses in 2023.
