The municipality of Mainhardt currently operates four sewage treatment plants in Gailsbach, Bubenorbis, Schönhardt (reed treatment plant) and Mainhardt. As part of a structural report, a merger at the sewage treatment plant in Mainhardt was recommended. The reconnection of the Schönhardt sewage treatment plant has been decoupled and is already in progress. In addition to the sewage treatment plants considered in the report, the Hütten pumping station is to be expanded and also connected to the sewage treatment plant in Mainhardt.

According to the current status, four routes with shafts, pressure reliefs, etc., as well as three pumping stations are to be built. A planning office is being sought for this purpose.

In a parallel tender, the planner is being sought for the expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Mainhardt (www.subreport.de/E69598363).

The contract includes the planning services and the execution of the routes, pumping stations, etc. for connecting the affected sewage treatment plants and the Hütten pumping station to the Mainhardt sewage treatment plant, taking into account the plant technology currently available on the market, which combines high operational availability and reliable operability with technical innovation.

The client intends to award the following services:

- Object planning of civil engineering structures according to HOAI 2021 § 43 (LPh 1 - 9)

- Performance profile technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 § 55 (LPh 1 - 9)

- Performance profile structural design according to HOAI 2021 § 51 (LPh 1 - 6)

It is also planned to award the following special services:

- Preparation of as-built plans (engineering structures)

- Local construction supervision (engineering structures)

- Update of the execution plans up to the existing (process/process technology)

- Reinforcement acceptance (structural design)

Subsequently, a dirt load simulation will be created for the newly created sewer network.

Billing rates in euros net/hour must also be offered.

In addition to the planning and conceptual preliminary considerations, the task of the engineering office is the execution planning and realization of the selected solutions. As part of the planning service, the abandoned sewage treatment plants must be dismantled and renaturalized.
