1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of LED screens for the OSiR KOLNA Mountain Canoeing Track in Krakow for the needs of the III European Games. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ (Detailed Technical Specification).

2. Where the name of the manufacturer appears in the Annexes to the SWZ, the products may be replaced by equivalent ones.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the Designed provisions of the contract forming Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
