The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) implements a limited supply of framework agreements on developer and total consultancy. These are 2 subagreements, one of which (part agreement 1) includes a framework agreement on builder advice and the other (part agreement 2) includes a framework agreement on total advice. DTU wants to establish a stable and reliable cooperation with a view to achieving good solutions for DTU institutes and/or other DTU users. Good collaboration, value-creating processes, high professionalism and buildable projects for the right time, quality and economy are central to DTU. It is the DTU's expectation that the framework advisers can help support this.

Partial Agreement 1: Framework Agreement on Builders AdvisoryThe framework agreement concerns builder advice for DTU in accordance with the Performance Description for Builder Advisory 2019 (YBB) prepared by the Association of Consultative Engineers (FRI), Danish Architectural Companies and the Builders Association.
These will be builder advice in relation to works of varying scale, campus planning and development, property development, renovation, maintenance and planning thereof, technical facilities, etc. These will be both classical builder advice as well as competences in, e.g., strategies, processes, development, ICT, sustainability, etc.
There will be a matter of builder advice, among other things, in relation to:
- Construction projects related to new construction, reconstruction, renovation, maintenance, etc.
- Construction projects
- Strategies, Analysis and Planning
- Different types of management and/or support function, including project management, process management, ICT management, sustainability management, commissioning management, construction management, etc.
- User processes
- Tender
- Budgeting and financial management
- Contract management.

DTU will hold information meeting for all interested parties on Wednesday, May 05, 2021, 10:00 a.m.
Due to corona restrictions, the information meeting is conducted digitally as an online meeting. Therefore, all interested parties are requested to register by email to jornh@dtu.dk by 03 May 2021, indicating participants and email address. Before the information meeting, all enrollees will receive a link to the information meeting.
At the information meeting, the DTU will inform the procurement process in particular the pre-qualification phase and maps on the framework agreements offered.
Partial Agreement 2: Framework Agreement on Total AdvisoryThe Framework Agreement relates to total advice for DTU according to Construction and Landscape 2018 Performance Description (YBL) prepared by the Association of Advisory Engineers (FRI) and Danish Architectural Companies and according to Performance Description for Plant 2019 (YBA) prepared by the Association of Advisory Engineers (FRI).
Total Adviser must provide comprehensive consultancy, including architectural and engineering services. It will therefore be total advice for, inter alia, construction works, renovations, maintenance and planning thereof, technical facilities, etc., including for example:
- Construction projects related to new construction, reconstruction, renovation, optimization, maintenance, etc. For example, complete renovation of laboratories, technical projects, energy renovation of ventilation systems, optimization of refrigeration systems, modernization of offices, meeting rooms and training rooms, common areas, facade and roof renovations, etc.
- Construction projects, e.g. sewer and surface water dissipation
- Different types of management and/or support function, including project management, design management, process management, ICT management, sustainability management, commissioning management, construction management, etc.
- Tender
- Budgeting and financial management
- Contract management
- Subject supervision.
As a starting point, no concrete projects will be initiated in which the total advisor fee exceeds 7 million. DKK.
