Volume data

The total value of requested services during the current contract period, including any option(s), is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 19,000,000.

The data is based on the previous year's purchase volumes as well as an estimate of upcoming needs. Any guarantee of obtaining certain volume is not given.

Ceiling volume

The ceiling value in the framework agreement is SEK 23,000,000 excl. VAT.

If the value of the Framework Agreement exceeds the specified amount, the Framework Agreement shall expire without further confirmation from either party. The Parties share a mutual responsibility to notify the counterparty if the ceiling value is achieved.

The ceiling value shall not be viewed as a guaranteed value but only establishes an upper limit for the framework contract.
