The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery, placement in the premises of the Southern Hospital in Warsaw indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as the commissioning of the equipment and the performance of commissioning before acceptance (by authorized persons) of the start-up, functional tests of the efficiency of the devices, as well as ensuring the start-up of the devices by the manufacturer's service, if there is such a requirement to maintain the guarantee, as well as the adaptation of the rooms (if necessary).
