a. Receiving and transport to the Solid Waste Disposal Plant i.e. ZUOS in Tczew, municipal waste created and collected on all properties where residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the City and Municipality of Pelplin.

b. In order to collect waste by residents, the contractor will provide facilities for factory replacement new waste containers for collecting municipal waste, i.e. 50 pcs of each of the following factions. In addition, at the time of exhaustion of the storage of containers, it will continuously replenish the lack to equip newly inhabited properties or replace destroyed containers

c. After the expiry of the term of the contract, the Contractor shall transfer to the property to the Ordering Party all containers that have been placed on the territory of the property inhabited within the administrative boundaries of the City and Municipality of Pelplin. Before transferring the containers to the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall inventory the containers and, if damage is found, the containers will replace them with new ones.

d. Containers must be:

- made of HDPE plastic, UV-resistant,

- equipped with a roadway system with a load adjusted to the capacity of the container,

- comply with the standards for moving waste containers,

- emptying with standard comb devices,

- resistant to low and high temperature, heating and chemicals,

- comply with standards and have appropriate noise-protection certificates and CE mark (acoustic level)

- ash containers should be made of galvanized sheet thickness minimum 0.9 mm

- containers must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions

- containers should be marked (A4 format sticker) in a durable, weather-resistant manner, informing the use for individual types of waste together with graphic markings which the Contractor will submit to the Contractor.

e. Maintenance of containers — the contracting Party requires compulsory washing of containers 1 time per year during the summer period (the exact time limit to be determined with the Contracting Party), or for a special declaration of the Contracting Authority. Containers indicated for washing are containers designed to collect mixed (residual) municipal waste and biowaste. The Contractor should provide the possibility of washing the container at the request and the cost of the owner of the property on which the waste is produced
