1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a server intended for training and running artificial intelligence models.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ.
3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which constitutes the proposed provisions of the agreement regarding the public procurement, is included in the template contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

5. The deadline for the execution of the Agreement is up to 67 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Details regarding the deadline and terms of execution of the subject of the order are included in the template contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
6. According to Article 257 of the uPzp, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.
7. The Contracting Authority anticipates the application of the so-called reversed procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the uPzp, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate offers and then qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the participation conditions in the procedure.
8. The Contractor is bound by the offer from the expiry of the term for submitting offers until 13/09/2026 (for no longer than 90 days).
