Customer contact center services for products and services

The purpose of the contract is to provide customer relations centre services for Comutitres' products and services. The services are detailed in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) attached to the Business Consultation File (DCE). The contract is concluded in the form of a multi-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The consultation gives rise to the conclusion of a mixed framework agreement (with purchase orders and subsequent contracts) with two economic operators, with no minimum but with a maximum of 58,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract in accordance with Article R.2162-4 - 2° CCP.This contract is concluded for a firm period of four (4) years and comes into force from the receipt of the service order or purchase order. The first service order or purchase order must be issued within six (6) months of the date of notification. It may be tacitly renewed, 2 times for a period of twelve (12) months, but its execution period does not exceed six (6) years. The total duration of the contract is a maximum of six (6) years
