The overall performance advertised is awarded in two lots:

Lot 1: Framework agreement for the supply of organic waste containers (incl. transponders);

Lot 2: Distribution of organic waste containers.

Section II.2.4) sets out the essential services to be provided by the contractor per lot.

- Delivery of the biowaste containers required for collection (MGB 60 l, 120 l, 240 l) with biofilter lid (incl. transponder);

- On-demand delivery to a location of the contractor of Lot 2 or to the operating location of the contracted collection company. Further details are regulated in the tender documents.

Inquiry of the needs of the containers requested by the users;

- Provision of a telephone hotline;

- Provision of a delivery point for the containers (incl. acceptance);

- Assembly of the containers from Lot 1;

- Distribution of the containers (incl. data recording and "marriage" as well as redistribution/exchange), incl. provision of the necessary stickers/labels.
