This contract relates to a project management assistance mission for monitoring the planning and deadlines within the framework of the rehabilitation works of the Paris Dauphine University campus. The assignment entrusted to the contractor will begin during the DET phase and will end with the expiration of the period of the guarantee of perfect completion as provided for in Articles 44.1 and 44.2 of the CCAG applicable to works contracts. The conduct of the mission should be based on the operational production phases of the project, namely:

- DET: Direction of the execution of works;

- AOR: Assistance with reception operations.

The works contract is divided into a firm phase and two optional phases.

This contract is awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure in application of article L. 2124-2 of the public procurement code. The object of the contract, intellectual services for the follow-up of the planning, is not appropriate for the realization of an allotment. In fact, it forms a unit which cannot be subdivided. There is no provision for division into lots. It is a global and fixed price market. It is made up of a firm phase and two optional phases within the meaning of article R. 2113-4 of the public order code. The content of each tranche is detailed in the CCTP of this contract. No variant, additional or alternative service is authorized.
