This analysis will detail the strengths and weaknesses of our architecture and will offer us a targeted, detailed and in-depth solution as well as model development, training and maintenance.

The mission includes:

- Analysis of our Bi environment (DWH and dedicated tools)

o SWOT analysis of our current environment

o A proposal for a possible alternative

o An analysis of the costs of the proposed solutions compared to current costs

- Possible assistance in setting up the proposed software and technical infrastructure

- The development of databases and its feeding from applications

o Analysis of needs and source data

o Construction of DWH, analysis and reporting tools (datamart, simple and dynamic reports, dashboards)

o Validation of developments with users and detailed documentation

o The implementation of an environmental management and monitoring tool.

- Training for:

o The Bi team of the IT department

o Super users (about ten for the CPAS)

o End users

- Maintenance and adaptation of developments to changes in software, legislation, ...
