CPI - GER type contract including the supply of energy with its incentive, (P1), the maintenance and operation of the installations (P2), the renewal and total guarantee of the equipment (P3) with Major maintenance renewal (GER) ) with a commitment from the holder on a level of reduction in energy consumption obtained by the implementation of actions that he must define and whose effectiveness he guarantees; the contract also includes a part of services with order forms for the interventions not included in the total guarantee P3.
This consultation is launched following the decision of the contracting authority to give up continuing the previous procedure for reasons of general interest. The Municipality of Nogent-sur-Marne, the Communal Center for Social Action, the Personalized Régie Scène Watteau / Pavillon Baltard and the Personalized Régie Nautique Center have decided to form a group of orders with a view to pooling their recurring purchases. . This contract concerns CPI - GER type services including the supply of energy with its profit sharing (P1), the maintenance and operation of the installations (P2), the renewal and the total guarantee of the equipment (P3) with Gros maintenance renewal (GER) with a commitment by the holder on a level of reduction in energy consumption obtained by the implementation of actions that he will have to define and whose effectiveness he guarantees; the contract also includes a part of services with order forms for the interventions not included in the total guarantee P3.
As this is a restricted invitation to tender, the consultation takes place in two phases:
- application phase: tenderers must send their application file including the documents listed in article 3 of the consultation rules, section “content of applications”;
- tenders phase: at the end of the analysis of the applications, the five candidates minimum having received the best score will be selected and will receive a letter of invitation to tender indicating to them the modalities of submission of tenders.
