The City of Rovaniemi Spatial Services Centre solicits your offer for the receipt of contaminated soils and decompression materials from projects of the City of Rovaniemi, Rovaniemi Educational Municipal Corporation, Arctic Circle Energia and Vesi Oy and Rovaseudun Market Property Oy for 2022 and in 2023.
The offer is requested on a unit price basis. The offer may be issued in partial form to only certain categories of contamination and/or waste fractions.
The amount of contaminated soil and degraded demolition material to be discharged is estimated at 5000 tn/a. Painted soils and degraded demolition materials have been delivered to reception sites in 2021 approx. 8000 tn and about 4000 tn in 2020. The amount realized may differ substantially from the estimated one.
The contract is concluded between all eligible and qualifying bidders.
The contract includes the option of one (1) one (1) year option period for the period from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2024. The option to use the Option is agreed separately by the subscriber at least three (3) months before the option is enabled. The option is about the right of subscribers, not an obligation.
Reception and disposal services of contaminated soilsThe object of the acquisition is the reception and disposal of contaminated soils.
Polluted soils satisfy the following assumptions:
• disruptive substance concentrations exceed lower guideline level according to Vna 214/2007
• the TOC of the soil does not exceed 6%
• soil contains up to 2%% of waste (construction waste, wood, iron)
If the soil contains two or more organic disruptors (hydropetroleum carbons, petrol hydrocarbons, BTEX, PAHs), the receipt of the soil shall be billed for the identified disruptors in accordance with the higher unit price.
The amount of contaminated soil to be discharged is estimated at 3000 tn/a.
The amount realized may differ substantially from the estimated one.
The contract is concluded between all eligible and qualifying bidders.
The subscriber may order from each recipient the reception of one or more verses. The subscriber uses the most economically economically advantageous reception location at any given time. In addition to the reception price, transport costs, required analysis and analysis, site schedule and site costs and reception capacity are taken into account in the assessment of the overall economy.
Subscriber does not commit to certain quantities of procurement during the contract period
Reception and disposal services in threshold countriesThe acquisition is the reception and disposal of the so-called threshold countries.
Threshold countries satisfy the following assumptions:
• soil disruptor levels exceed the threshold of Vna 214/2007 but below the lower guideline value under the regulation
• the TOC of the soil does not exceed 6%
The amount of threshold land to be discontinued is estimated at 1000 tn/a.
The amount realized may differ substantially from the estimated one.
The contract is concluded between all eligible and qualifying bidders.
The subscriber may order from each recipient the reception of one or more verses. The subscriber uses the most economically economically advantageous reception location at any given time. Reception and disposal services of oily unloading materialsThe object of the acquisition is the reception and disposal of oily unloading materials.
The amount of oil contaminated demolition material to be discharged is estimated at 1000 tn/a.
The amount realized may differ substantially from the estimated one.
Tenders are requested for oily demolition materials (concrete/brick) processed separately in <150 mm and <0.5 m piece sizes. <150 mm pulverized concrete does not contain iron. Concrete supplied in <0.5 m pods may contain iron.
