The project is a new building on the premises of the Sparkassen-Verband Westfalen-Lippe (SVWL) northwest of the centre of Münster. The property is bordered to the west by Regina-Protmann-Straße, to the north by Bröderichweg and to the east by Provinzial-Allee. To the south is the site of the Provinzial-Versicherung.

On the property there are other buildings that serve the Sparkassenakademie Münster for training purposes.

The new building is a building that will be built in solid construction as a reinforced concrete construction with partial element ceilings, flat roof and façade with facing masonry. The building geometry has a U-shape.

The tender includes, among other things, work on construction site equipment, earthworks, shafts, lightning protection, scaffolding, dismantling work on the adjacent existing building, reinforced concrete work, masonry work and facing work.
