Objective and scope of the procurement
On behalf of Snåsa, Steinkjer, Inderøy, Verdal and Levanger municipalities, the contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for the establishment of a joint framework agreement for the purchase of white goods, brown goods and small electronics, etc.
The contract will be valid for 2 years with the possibility for extension for 1 + 1 year.
The total estimated annual value is NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT. - Total of NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the framework agreement based on statistics from the previous period and expected inflation. It is difficult to predict needs for the next 4 years, as there are uncertainties surrounding the needs of refugees, etc.
The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 11,000,000 excluding VAT.
It is emphasised that this is an estimate and does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes, and municipal activity.
