The AN must fulfil the following to the AG:

1) Procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning and training for the equipment and medical equipment specified below. (Appendix 1).

2) Integration services and management services.

3) The overall performance of the ANs must be documented throughout the project period and handed over to the AG at the end of the project.

Services must be provided in the later execution, such as:

1 - services (project management, stakeholder management, risk management reporting),

2 - Technical integration and installation,

3 - delivery of the devices to MatlagerSAN,

4 - installation of the items to be delivered to the installation site,

5 - integration into existing IT system architecture,

6 - acceptance test,

7 - master data on material and maintenance,

8 - device-specific documents related to product lifecycle,

9 - IT documentation,

10 - Check/acceptance documentation.

Scope according to SOW and associated list of devices.

Services for 2023 and 2024 can be optionally agreed.
