The contract holder shall be responsible for ensuring:

— the provision of new charging stations with installation work and commissioning;

— maintenance of existing terminals and new terminals:

—— preventive maintenance;

—— curative maintenance;

— the supervision of the service:

—— condition of access to supervision;

—— technical and functional management -operation of the service;

—— management of terminal user accounts;

—— website and smartphone app;

—— relationship with the user;

—— management of the monetics;

—— interoperability;

— for all terminals already installed and in operation, operations prior to the resumption of service until 31.12.2021 and from 1.1.2022 the commencement of service;

— the reversibility of service at the end of the market in accordance with Article 6 of the CCTP.
