The tendered task concerns the design and other technical advice related to the development of the district heating supply in Rødovre Municipality.

The contract tendered takes the form of a framework contract, the specific rate of development cannot be determined in advance.

Framework contract is concluded only with one actor.

Rødovre Municipal District Heating Supply (RKF) has been approved in December 2021 a project proposal for the conversion to district heating supply of two natural gas-supplied areas in the south of Rødovre. The project proposal includes converting approximately 1800 customers, consisting primarily of villa customers.

The remote heat is supplied from VEKS via exchangers. The project includes designing facilities for district heating pipes and associated connectors, as well as the establishment of customer installations, including tendering and contracting with contractor for plant and for customer installations. Similarly, assistance must be provided to RKF for the purchase of pipes and customer installations such as builder deliveries.

Technical advice shall also be provided in relation to existing exchanger installations and in any project for their conversion. In addition, advice is desired in connection with subscription scheme for customer installations.

The plan is to implement district heating in the areas from 2022 to 2026. Furthermore, reference is made to the project proposal for conversion to district heating in Rødovre dated June 2021
