This procurement will establish and maintain a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for off-site manufacture and construction of housing. Contractors appointed to the framework agreement will be required to design and manufacture the houses. Customers of the framework agreement will be able to select from the contractor’s standard house types, with a range of enhancements and variations. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement is subject to a contract notice that has been published to the Official Journal of the European Union.

To predominantly serve members and contracting bodies within Northern England but may extend to other areas of the UK.

The scope of this lot will include the supply of Panel systems (with or without external finishes applied; subject to site) delivered to site and erected on site by the supplier.

Other site works and foundations to be completed by others.

The scope of this lot will include the supply of 2 or more completed modules delivered to site and fitted together on site by the supplier. The house is complete both internally and externally; except for the making good at the joints, which will be carried out by the supplier. It shall be finished and ready to move into.

The scope of this lot will include the supply, delivery, erection and finishing of modular houses in either a panelised or volumetric format. All of the on site works including; but are not limited to, infrastructure, ground works, sub structures, hard and soft landscaping, fencing,planning conditions discharge, technical approvals and warranty etc will be undertaken by the Supplier This can be done in partnership with another contractor but it is the responsibility of the modular supplier to source and appoint the contractor
