1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Kartuzy Municipality in the period from the date of the contract, but not earlier than from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020.

2. The subject of the contract was divided into the following two Parts:

1) Lot No. 1 of the order - Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from Sector No. 1 of the Kartuzy Commune,

2) Lot No. 2 of the order - Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from Sector No. 2 of the Kartuzy Commune.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract in accordance with art. 36 paragraph 2 point 13) of the Public Procurement Law, is included in Annex 5a and 5b to this ToR.

1. The subject of the order covers, among others:

1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all real estate covered by a given District and located within the administrative boundaries of the Kartuzy Commune,

2) equipping the Employer for the duration of the contract with a control module that meets the requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order (attachments

No. 5a to the ToR),

3) establishing and maintaining a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Kartuzy commune,

4) equipping real estate with bags for selective municipal waste collection,

5) equipping - on the written order of the Employer - owners of multi-family housing real estate (cooperatives, housing associations), who do not have their own containers, with containers for collecting waste collected in a selective manner,

6) organization of large-size waste collections and waste electrical and electronic equipment,

7) conducting activities aimed at achieving the assumed levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery.
