Boligbygg Oslo KF is required to establish and maintain the system of internal control of the electrotechnical system (IK-electric) for their properties, with support of the internal control of the Regulations as well as regulations for electrical installations.

The Awarding Authority shall conduct an open competitive bidding competition in connection with establishing and the implementation of internal control of the electrotechnical systems and thermography of all distributions.

The Awarding Authority has a total of 10,200 flats, of which 6000-7000 are separate units. These consist of approx. 200 farms with more than 10 residential units and approx. 200 farms with less than 10 residential units.

The system for IK-electric shall be established in Boligbygg's own properties.
