The assignment includes:

Learning methods, consumables and consumables

Educational software

Game and Development Materials

Creativity and school and office supplies

Associated services (such as implementation of methods, information/training, advice and account management)

Optionally included in the assignment:

Printing and copying paper (Primenius retains the possibility to order it elsewhere)

It concerns a Framework Agreement for the duration of 4 years. After these years, the Client has twice the opportunity to extend the contract for the period of one year. Primenius chooses to include option years in the agreement because of the transition from digital education to more hardcopy education. Because this will take the necessary time, Primenius does not expect to get the optimal return from the agreement if it is concluded for only four fixed years. The intention will therefore also be to make use of the option years.
