The service phases 2 to 3 and 5 to 8 are awarded. The services are ordered in stages. An application for partial services is not possible.

The construction measure includes the new construction of an office building with a test hall for carrying out system measurements and storage and parking of vehicles and materials. When realizing the room program with a usable area of approx. 750 m 2nd special emphasis is placed on sustainable and energy-saving construction.

The submission of the construction documents is planned for March 2021, the start of construction in November 2021 and the handover for October 2023. The estimated total construction costs are approx. EUR 4,000,000 gross.
