Procedure for the award of a public contract for the supply and implementation of subscriptions for system and office software packages.

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a subscription to system and office software packages (Products) under a 40-month agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement.

The Ordering Party allows deliveries of Products equivalent to those listed in the Terms of Reference. The conditions of equivalence are described in clauses 1.2 and 1.3 of the description of the subject matter of the contract.
