The wellbeing services county of Päijät-Häme requests tenders for an ERP system that supports cardiological procedures and related services/operating models (e.g. commissioning, training, consulting, maintenance, support, integration and development services). The system must enable optimal implementation of daily operations in terms of the resources needed for the service (personnel / facilities / customers). The procurement includes the training and maintenance service required for commissioning. The procurement also includes material management, procedure register and patient information system integrations.

The ERP system will be procured to support the cardiological procedures of the heart centre of the wellbeing services county of Päijät-Häme (later also the client). The system will be introduced in three procedure rooms. The license of the system must cover 20 users. The delivery of the system must be on a turnkey basis.

The purpose of the acquired system is to enable a change in the operating model of the heart centre so that the client can be treated safely and efficiently. The system should support professionals from planning the procedure to repatriation. The aim of the procurement is to introduce a system developed for a cardiological purpose.

The purpose of procurement is to generate savings for the client through improved operational efficiency, increase customer and staff satisfaction and reduce costs incurred by customers.
