Description:
Provision of services in the field of technical inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems (SSP) installed in the buildings of the Supreme Audit Office

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of technical inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems (SSP) installed in the buildings of the Supreme Chamber of Control.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into fourteen parts.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Parts I-XIV shall be defined by:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

2) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement (the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement),

3) Annexes 3.1 to 3.14 to the SWZ – Model Offer Form (the document contains the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the scope of the subject of the contract in a particular part).

Part I – provision of technical inspection and SSP services in building "A" of the NIK Head Office in Warsaw at 57 Filtrowa Street

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical inspection services and SSP service in building "A" of the NIK Head Office in Warsaw at 57 Filtrowa Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

2) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement (the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement),

3) Appendices No. 3.1 to the SWZ – Model Offer Form.

Part X – provision of technical inspection and SSP services in the building of the NIK Delegation in Olsztyn at 3e Artyleryjska Street

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical inspection services and SSP service in the building of the NIK Delegation in Olsztyn at 3e Artyleryjska Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

2) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement (the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement),

3) Appendices No. 3.10 to the SWZ – Model Offer Form.

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical inspection services and SSP service in the building of the NIK Delegation in Opole at 28 and 28A Krakowska Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

2) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement (the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement),

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical inspection services and SSP service in the building of the NIK Delegation in Poznań at 9H Dożynkowa Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

2) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement (the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement),

3) Appendices No. 3.12 to the SWZ – Model Offer Form.
