The objective of this procurement is to contract technical and/or scientific consultancy services for modelling and simulation projects in the areas of search and rescue and maritime safety drift simulation, oil spill modelling and oil spill response operations at sea.

The framework service contract resulting from this call for tenders is for the provision of technical and/or scientific consultancy services to EMSA, to support the development of modelling and simulation services for:

— a new tool and its algorithm to account the efficiency of the oil pollution response operations at sea; and

— IMS drift simulation service for SAR operations and maritime safety.
