The object of the contract is the provision of the integral management service of all the platforms and technological infrastructures hardware and software that support the Corporate Information Systems of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, most of the cuaes are destined to cover the needs of the agro-industrial sector, fishing and management of the hydraulic domain. These works should be carried out considering the incorporation of good practices based on ITIL applied to the support, provision and security of ICT services.

Integral management is understood as the design, installation, configuration, administration and optimization of servers, systems, applications, databases, security and communications elements as well as maintenance activities, inventory management, optimization of availability and performance and management of quality levels of the services provided.
