This consultation concerns the provision of project management assistance services for development and maintenance operations on the perimeter of the companies APRR, AREA, Adelac ALIENOR, ALIAE, CEVM.

Project management assistance missions for the conduct of development and maintenance operations on the Company's networks including all or part of the development of programs, consultation and management of prime contractors and service providers, monitoring of studies and works in interface with internal services including operation and services outside the company, financial reporting and planning monitoring. As an indication, it is envisaged between 5 and 10 studies per year.

Project management assistance missions for the planning of development and maintenance operations on the Company's networks, including the maintenance of a planning booklet of all the actions to be carried out on the operation, the monitoring of motorway regulatory procedures (including monitoring and advice), and specific missions such as value analysis and/or risk management. As an indication, it is envisaged between 5 and 10 studies per year
