The purpose of this contract is to ensure, in accordance with the regulations in force, maintenance controls and troubleshooting of installations and devices, encouraging fire safety for all buildings in the Grand Dole Habitat housing stock.

— regulatory checks (excluding regulatory visits carried out by an approved body);

— preventive and corrective maintenance;

— replacement of consumables and all defective spare parts excluding vandalism;

— the elaboration, provision, implementation of emergency plans, evacuation and safety precautions that are legally mandatory.
