Hadsel Municipality, c/o Municipal Engineering, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a 'framework agreement for the operation, maintenance, and development of street lights, Hadsel Municipality'.

Hadsel Municipality operates approx. 2700 street lights along municipal roads, private roads, car parks, Europe roads, and county roads in Hadsel Municipality.

The contract consists of a framework agreement for the operation, maintenance, and development of street lights and all lights that the municipality operates. The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year + 1 year.

The date of the signed contract is the start-up date for the framework agreement.

The contract has an estimated annual value of NOK 1,600,000 million excluding VAT.
