The V&A has run a procurement process for a new Storage Area Network (“SAN”) solution to support the museum's sites over the next 5 years.

Please note this notice is not advertising a new opportunity. We have already run the procurement process and this notice is to advertise the award of contract.

This contract includes:

— the new SAN,

— all associated hardware,

— related services including:

—— consultancy;

—— design and project management;

—— installation and testing and support for 5 years.

The V&A currently has sites in South Kensington, Bethnal Green, Kensington High Street and Salisbury, but it is anticipated that there may be sites added or removed over the contract duration.

This procurement followed the open procedure.

Please note that the contract duration of 5 years will start on the go-live date and therefore does not include installation, testing etc.

The stated value of 540 000 GBP includes 400 000 GBP in the first year, 70 000 in year 3, and 70 000 in year 4.
