The planned building is a new elementary school with an integrated sports hall. The non-basement building has a ground floor, 5 upper floors, and in some areas a sixth upper floor for the exit to the roof technology. The sports hall is on the fourth / fifth floor.

The subject of the order is the execution of plastering, drywall and screed work. In the case of fire protection requirements, the official evidence (test certificate, test certificate or AbZ) of the OÜ must be submitted 2 weeks before the start of execution.

Interior plastering: execution in Q2 / Q3. Interior plaster is to be led down to the bare ceiling; for suspended ceilings up to 10 cm above the UK drywall ceiling.

Drywall work: GK walls are to be produced in two steps: 1. planked on one side, and only an approx. 30-50 cm high edge shelf on the second side (complete assembly on the second side (screed production)) only after approval TGA / OÜ the second side is to be planked. Grinding work must always be carried out with suction. Execution in Q2 / Q3 (in partial areas as an allowance), joints are to be agreed with the architect. All seals are delivered and installed after the final coating (painter). Glare protection in the form of panel curtains (on the ground floor) and glare protection blinds (ground floor-3rd floor) is part of the dry construction work.

Screed work: consisting of cement screed and visible screed (after sampling, coordination and approval by architect).
