a fleet of trucks, trailers and kits travels the Alpes de Haute Provence department for the collection and transport of household waste and various recyclables. The purpose of this consultation is to allow the continuity of the public service and to ensure the supply of tyres, accessories, and associated services for heavy vehicles and various machines for the SYDEVOM of Haute Provence.

The Tyre Acquisition will focus primarily on retreaded tyres.

For heavy goods vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers, the use of new tyres will be limited to the following two cases only:

- the absence of retreaded tyres in the desired dimensions and characteristics, such as winter tyres;

- equipping the steered front axles of the same heavy goods vehicles, in order to guarantee the safety of drivers, taking into account specific technical constraints and manufacturers' recommendations

The fleet consists of about forty elements divided into four categories: road tractors, carriers, reciprocating moving bottoms semi-trailers and box trailers.
