The steel construction work will be put out to tender as part of the construction of a youth centre for the junior performance centre of the 1st FC Union Berlin e. V. This new building is divided into two construction phases, component 1 as a two-storey building and component 2 as a single-storey building.

Steel construction work for:

- External staircase, double and single-storey

- External staircase with 3 inclines and pedestal

- Internal staircase with 4 inclines and pedestal

- Stair railings for internal stairs

- Substructures for a ball net over approx. 80 m

- Substructures and HEA 100 beams for a perforated sheet metal façade

The services are to be carried out separately in several construction phases, e.g. first the substructures for the façade and after completion of the ETICS work the assembly of the HEA 100 beams.

The advertised services are to be provided with their own hoist, a scaffolding for the façade is available on site.
