This tender includes the conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of multifunction devices including an MPS solution as well as defined services to Lecos GmbH and its customers.

The products are purchased on rent. These are brand-new, original products intended for distribution in Germany, neither used nor refurbished products (including consumables).

With the implementation of the technology mentioned in this tender, an exchange of the technology currently in use, as well as the delivery for new orders should take place. The exchange shall be carried out, among other things, by means of a rollout on its own initiative by the client (Client) or, if required or agreed, by the Contractor (Contractor).

After the IT technology has been delivered, an on-site service must be guaranteed by the Contractor for each device (hardware incl. software for establishing operational readiness) for a total of 60 months and carried out by the Contractor. The service is independent of the term of the framework contract. This means that if devices are called up at the end of the contract, the contractor shall provide the 60-month service despite the end of the framework contract. On-site service covers spare parts and labor for repairs.

The AN provides the calls named by the AG in number, technology type and on time.
