The district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen is planning the expansion of the Descartes Gymnasium in Neuburg a. d. Donau.
In the 1st construction phase, which is the subject of the tender here, the natural sciences area is to be expanded.
The costs are currently estimated at approx. € 15.65 million gross (Kgr. 200-700, DIN 276), of which approx. € 750,000 gross will fall on conversions in the existing building.
The measure is to be handled under ongoing school operation in the adjacent inventory processes.
Currently, the following milestones can be assumed:
- Start of planning: end of November 2022,
- Start of construction: mid-2024,
- Completion/commissioning: Start of the school year 2025/2026.
It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:
Services of structural design, work phases 1-6 according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI.

Structural engineering services are to be awarded for the measure in accordance with §§ 49 et seq. HOAI. The services are commissioned in stages.
First of all, in the 1st commissioning stage, the service phases 1 and 2 (basic determination and preliminary planning) are commissioned in accordance with § 51 HOAI. In the following commissioning stages, the service phases 3-6 (gradually) are called up in accordance with § 51 HOAI. There is no legal entitlement to commissioning the further service phases.
