The Office of the Auditor General of Norway (OAG) has an infrastructure which is primarily based on Microsoft technology on server and the client side. There is therefore a need for a framework agreement ensuring OAG's access to necessary new licenses and maintenance of the licenses we have already purchased.

It is also important in the long term to ensure access to new licensing opportunities that arise from using cloud services.

This is well ensured with an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft or 1 of their partners that sell licenses and services related to license administration of Microsoft products.
