Møre og Romsdal County, the FRAM department, has entered into a contract with Avarn Security AS for civilian and uniformed ticket control services on buses and express boats that operate on commission for FRAM. The provider must carry out a ticket control where it is checked whether the passenger has a valid ticket/is correctly ticketed. The provider must also conduct quality controls on buses and express boats.

The contracting authority shall also have the option for purchasing additional services for counting passengers, as well as guard and security services related to passenger and driver safety on board, at stops and terminals.

The estimated annual total value is approx. NOK 1 250 000, excluding VAT. During the contract period, the contracting authority has the opportunity to increase the annual contract value by up to 300 % if funds to do so are received.
