The Contracting Authority intends with this tender:

a. Contracting two Contractors with whom a long-term partnership is built;

b. Limiting the efforts of the Contracting Authority to train market parties, because these market parties are repeatedly used;

c. Developing and managing standardization so that the manageability (projects, changes) and maintainability of the process automation / electrical engineering is increased;

d. Stimulating the input of innovative ideas and knowledge exchange between Contractors and the Contracting Authority;

e. Clear and widely supported working method and agreements within the Contracting Authority about the use of the Framework Agreement for process automation / electrical engineering in projects and maintenance;

f. Complying with the legal procurement rules for services and supplies for process automation/electrical engineering in projects and maintenance.
