In the area of responsibility of the SBL Greifswald, the existing building of the "Old Mensa" is to be converted and renovated as a digital education centre for the University Medical Center Greifswald (UMG).

The existing room layout will be adapted to the new use. Fire protection measures and accessibility for the disabled must be ensured. The basis for the development of EW-Bau is the planning order of the Ministry of Finance M-V of 30.01.2023, as well as the extension of the PA of 19.06.2023. The acknowledgment of the usable area amounts to NF approx. 631.18 m2. Degree of difficulty of the planning requirement: average (HZ III). Cost ceiling: KG 200-600 approx. € 4,345,000 according to cost estimate technical opinion (template 11/2022) of which KG 300: € 3,412,000 and KG 400: € 912,300 Scope of services: LST 1+2 (LPH 2-5), optional LST 3, 4 (LPH 6-8). Special services: Nw. for constr. fire protection (LST 1), control of the execution of the TW for compliance with the gepr. Stat. Documents (LST 4).

In accordance with the VgV 2016, the planning contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure with a competitive tender. The candidate who can be expected to find the best possible solution to the task on the basis of his offer receives the order.

In accordance with the announcement point IV.1.5 "Information on the negotiation", the client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the original offers without conducting negotiations.

According to HOAI 2021 §§ 49-52, the planner to be commissioned must first provide service phases 2 to 5. The other service levels are to be assigned in stages, but are reserved and will be made by written notification. The currently valid RLBau must be observed.

Completion of service levels 1 and 2 is expected within approximately 6 months of placing the order. The capacity required to meet the target dates must be in place. The RLBau M-V must be observed.
