The quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract shall be determined by Decision No 112 of the Director General of State Forests of 4 October 2021amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the “Description standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of the State Forests (EZ.011.13.2021). The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject will be specified in the Order, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
